Raw materials for making tableware
Pulp Board: Pulp board is a thicker cardboard made from paper pulp.
Pulp is chemically or mechanically processed from fibrous material derived from natural cellulose.
Fibrous biomass:·Wood chips·Bamboo·Sugarcane bagasse
Note: The standard raw material requirement for pulp molded tableware machines is pulp board. If the feedstock is fibrous biomass, a front-end pretreatment solution must be provided.
Production Process
01
The pulp board or pretreated biomass fiber enters the pulper and refiner for crushing, grinding and refining;

After the refined slurry enters the homogenizing tank, it is evenly mixed with the waterproof and oil-proof agent. After the slurry is adjusted to the appropriate concentration, it is pumped into the molding system;

The treated pulp is processed in forming machines. According to different mold shapes, tableware products with different needs can be produced;

After the formed product evaporates excess moisture through the drying system, it is formed into a finished product;

The water used in the tableware molding process is recycled through vacuum pumps and vacuum tanks for secondary use;

Use an edge trimming machine to trim the edges of the formed pulp molded products to make the finished product more beautiful in appearance;
07
After trimming, the finished tableware enters the sterilizer for sterilization to ensure product safety;
08
Use a baler to pack finished products for easy delivery and transportation
